today my family and i went to a harbor called granville.
there's a farmer's market there. we bought lots of vegetables and fruit. for examples, tomatoes, apples, blueberries, plums, spinach, broccoli and so on.
canadians are very friendly; when we bought fruit, some canadians
taught us knowledge about some special plum, and ask us to taste it.
now i know three areas in british columbia--vancouver, richmond, and downtown. in fact, vancouver is full of asians, especially chinese,
and hk people.
they are dammit rich; that's why they can come to this place.
the price index is pretty high--terrible tariff of 13% extra.
those who drive porche, benz, b.m.w are asian. it seems that the
vancouver is occupied by asian people. so, it's not so like in a
foreign country as i imagine before.
but if we go to downtown, the white can be seen more there.
besides, we took our little sister to her new secondary school, magee. it's a beautiful school; like the movies we saw students will have
their own cabinet.
